Last month, we were asked if we wanted to stage and display our art at a new steakhouse restaurant opening in the Hill Country Galleria. We of course said yes as we love to support other local businesses and because it would be a great opportunity to showcase our collection of Texas art.
When we first arrived at the newly made Hassler Brothers Steakhouse, the space was still under construction and completely void of any decoration. After speaking with the owners and listening to their desired aesthetic and feel for the restaurant, we selected a variety of paintings that we felt would work best with the space. A week before the steakhouse opened, we hung the art and the entire restaurant transformed into a space with a personality. With bright and compelling large paintings, we filled the large blank walls with paintings that would add another element to the dining experience. What a difference art can make!
